Coolum Beach Real Estate

Coolum, a great place to live…… and what a great time to purchase? Seemingly now would be an excellent time to purchase Coolum Beach real estate, here’s why…… The annual events calendar for Coolum Beach is certainly full. Coolum is host to a number of family friendly social outings throughout the year, from a Kite Festival in September to Friday night markets in December, the Esplanade is constantly buzzing. Coolum is also privy to one of the most beautiful patrolled beaches in Australia.  There are numerous boardwalks looking over the stunning cliff faces – just breath taking, as well as a pretty park affectionately named ‘Tickle Park’ with handy facilities such as BBQ’s and swings for the kids. There are also a number of highly regarded restaurants and cafes in Coolum that you simply must try.  ‘Harvest’ is a truly essential experience if you enjoy local seafood. It is a fully licensed, intimate restaurant with a classy yet casual feel to it. Also, a breakfast destination we highly recommend is ‘The Caf’, located in Birtwill Street it has a great selection, with great prices and some of the best corn fritters and coffee ever! The Coolum Beach Surf Life Saving Club is also a fabulous place to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon, with one of the most awesome views to be had, it’s a feast for the eyes as well as the tummy.

With all of this taken into consideration it’s no wonder Coolum Beach real estate is a popular topic. Similar the trend of the Noosa market – Coolum real estate prices appeared to peak in 2007. Since then prices have seemingly stalled – some may say ‘dropped’ since then, but where is the bottom of the market and where is the top? If you knew the answer your talents would be in high demand.

Frank Milat - always upbeat and easy to deal with. As 20 year owners in Hastings St, we knew of R&W reputation as being good. This is the second property that Frank Milat has sold for us in Noosa. He has worked hard to achieve a good and fair result on each occasion and has been a pleasure to deal with both times.
