There have been 21 recorded sales in Sunshine through the Autumm period of March, April and May. The highest sale recorded was a beachfront home at 12 Arakoon Crescent for $5,850,000 and the lowest price paid was for a 2 bedroom unit in Elanda Street sold for $315,000, there was also a beachfront block of land sold under the hammer at 44 Seaview Terrace for $3,650,000.
The average sales price for a house  was $2,049,166 , and $622,142 for a unit. The market is showing an increase in buyer activity and below average new listings coming to the market particularly in the 1 to 2 million range.
