Home to over 3,900 people, Peregian Springs is a quiet yet prestigious community.

Peregian Springs has always appealed to sales agent Melanie Primmer, with her two daughters attending the local school and son at Little Saints.

Having marketed the area previously as an area specialist, Melanie is excited to return after some time off raising her son who is now almost 3.
Having seen Peregian Springs real estate develop as one of the fastest growing residential estates on the Sunshine Coast, it offers the perfect lifestyle choice for families or retired residents.

The population of Peregian Springs in 2006 was 1,675 people. By 2011 the population was 3,952 showing a population growth of 135% in the area during that time.

Peregian Springs is located only 10 minutes’ drive from the world famous Noosa Heads and a similar distance to Coolum Beach, Peregian Springs is in an ideal location.

Residents have access to everything they could need including the shopping centre, recreational and educational facilities. The estate also boasts the Peregian Springs Golf Club which features an 18-hole course and an award-winning restaurant.

The predominant housing type in the area is new single-detached dwellings.

Given its location, there are a large number of prestige homes.  The highest house sale for the 12 months to the end of February 2013 was $1,138,000.

According to figures from the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ), the majority of people are owner-occupiers with 67 per cent owning their property as opposed to 33 per cent of private dwellings being rented.

Melanie has asked those looking for an update on the current market to phone her on 0448 966 867 or email [email protected]

Dear Peter, We are writing to express our sincere thanks and admiration at your handling of the sale of our property. Your reputation made you an obvious choice with whom to discuss our proposed sale. We spoke to others but your “low key” approach, your comprehensive marketing plan, intimate knowledge of Sunshine Beach and the industry – and your little red property boards throughout the area supported our exposure to a large number of potential buyers. You committed to handling our property personally, with all negotiations and inspections to be your direct responsibility and you fulfilled this commitment. Your Auction provided a solid base for a satisfactory sale – and you maintained the interest of potential buyers and achieved a result which matched the original expectation you discussed with us. We are delighted with the result achieved at this level in a tough market – all within the space of only 8 weeks – extraordinary. You were without doubt the right person for the task and we will take every opportunity to recommend you to others. Our sincere thanks.
