This spring campaign is shaping up to be one of our more significant auction campaigns in recent years and for the first time we are taking our offerings in rooms to the iconic Sheraton Noosa Resort. We anticipated offering 21 properties come October 2nd, but already our focused auction process has been generating outstanding interest both locally and nationally and so far we have confirmed over 12 million dollars in sales in just the first two weeks of the campaign. Significantly we are seeing a return of multi-million dollar sales with four properties surpassing $2million just this week alone.
We are certainly capturing the best upswing in activity in the market for at least the last 2 years.
