Noosaville Autumn Report



The Noosaville market continued to improve throughout Autumn. The ever growing popularity of riverside or near river locations with local and interstate buyers resulted in some of the best conditions seen in recent times.

While total sales where slightly down on last Autumn the number of available properties has also reduced which had a positive impact average sale value and days on market. Autumn activity has flowed into the start of Winter with better than average weather conditions continuing to attract buyers to the area.

The strongest market segment has been the Sub $1M price bracket, however buyers looking at property in higher price brackets understand that prices are heading in the right direction and are looking to secure property at current prices.

I feel the peak Easter sales period provided us a good insight into what is expected to be a strong Spring for Noosaville sales with investors from southern markets looking to take advantage of recent capital growth to secure property within the Noosaville market.
